Aggregation Distilling Company
255 SE US Hwy 19, Unit 4, Crystal River, FL, 34429
Aggregation Distilling Company is a craft distillery and cocktail lounge on US Highway 19 in Crystal River, just north of Cody's Roadhouse. It opened in 2024, and its own tagline calls it Citrus County's first distillery and craft cocktail lounge. The Briley family distills vodka, gin, and rum on site, and the kumquat spirits are what have drawn attention beyond the county. At the 2026 American Distilling Institute International Competition, the distillery took silver for its Flamingo Gin canned cocktail and bronze for both its Kumquat Vodka and Kumquat Gin. A chili vodka and a sourced whiskey round out the lineup. The building runs as three connected spaces. The distillery side pours specialty cocktails built on the house spirits. SireniaWine handles craft beer and wine. An acoustic listening room hosts ticketed shows spanning Americana, country, folk, and pop, with tickets reported from $37 for a single show up to $233 for a season package. There is no kitchen. Food comes from visiting food trucks, and the month's rotation is posted on the distillery's events page alongside gatherings like paint-and-sip nights and puzzle competitions, some of which require pre-registration. Outdoor seating is available. Hours are Wednesday through Saturday, 3:00 to 9:00 PM, closed Sunday through Tuesday. The motto on the barrel head reads "Come Together," and the owners lean on it. Speaking to the Citrus County Chronicle, co-owner Elaine Briley compared the regulars' dynamic to Cheers, and performance coordinator Gene McGee described the approach this way: "This is community. You buy in here. You come and become part of the place."
