A Sound Bath is a deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to nurture your mind and body. The experience begins with each person lying down or seated in a comfortable position. After a few minutes of guided focus on the breath, the remainder of the experience is filled with different sounds and frequencies being introduced in succession. Our Quartz Crystal Harps, Crystal Pyramid and Sound Bowls will be used for this sound bath event. Attendance fee is $20 per person. PRE-REGISTRATION AVAILABLE! SEND US A MESSAGE SO WE CAN GET YOU REGISTERED. Please bring your own mat and we will also be providing free mats! Limited to 30 people max. Please arrive early to ensure you get a spot!
