Circle S BBQ, LLC

14630 US 19, Hudson, FL, 34667

Circle S BBQ sits on US 19 in Hudson, and the number that matters most is the one on the smoker: meats go in for 12 to 18 hours. That is the difference between barbecue and a fast oven, and it is what the reviews keep circling back to. The board runs to pulled pork, ribs, brisket, chicken, wings and sausage. Sides include smoked green beans and cornbread, and there are Caesar salads for anyone in the party who is not eating meat. Typical spend runs $10 to $20 per person. What customers single out most often is texture rather than sauce: tender, moist meat with a subtle smoke flavor, generous portions, and ribs with what one reviewer described as the right amount of crispness without being burned. The dining room gets described as clean and comfortable with a southern feel, so it works for a sit-down meal rather than only a counter to collect from. The ordering options are broad for a restaurant this size. You can dine in, order online through the restaurant's own site for pickup, use curbside, or have it delivered through DoorDash, Uber Eats or GrubHub. Ordering direct puts more of the money with the restaurant, which is worth knowing. There is also a catering menu, which is the part most likely to matter to anyone planning a party or a work event on this stretch of the coast. With around 1,600 Google reviews it is one of the most reviewed restaurants in Hudson, and it holds a 4.2 star average at that volume. Hours are Sunday to Thursday from 11 AM to 8 PM and Friday and Saturday from 11 AM to 9 PM. The menu, online ordering and catering details are at circlesbbq.com, and the restaurant can be reached at (727) 233-9966.
