Get Hooked Bar and Grill is a waterfront seafood house at Port Hudson Marina on Crab Trap Court, where the Pasco County coastline meets the Gulf. Its defining claim is vertical integration: the restaurant runs its own fleet of fishing boats and works directly with local commercial captains, with much of the fish spear-caught in the Gulf and landed at the restaurant's own docks. The menu runs from lobster bisque, stone crab and crab cakes to grouper sandwiches, lobster rolls, shrimp po' boys and steamed mussels, with a Land Lubbers section for non-seafood eaters and more than 30 beers on tap. The Hudson original has been battered repeatedly by storms — Hurricane Idalia pushed roughly four feet of water through the building in 2023 — and owner John Hill opened a second location in New Port Richey in November 2024 to keep the business trading during the rebuild.
