Angel Touch Healing Center

5455 Spring Hill Dr., Spring Hill, FL, 34606

On Spring Hill Drive, Angel Touch Healing Center pairs conventional massage with Reiki and other energy-based practices under one roof. The studio says it has recently moved to 5455 Spring Hill Drive, which it calls its new and only location, and it is open seven days a week. The service menu is broad. On the massage side, it offers relaxation (Swedish-style), therapeutic and deep-tissue sessions, along with sports, prenatal, Thai and couples massage, and a four-hands treatment that uses two practitioners at once. Myofascial release, which focuses on the connective tissue surrounding muscle, is available in 30-, 60- and 90-minute sessions. The studio also lists MyoMassage and a short Nervous System Reset session. Add-ons include hot stones, red-light therapy, cupping and reflexology. The energy work is where the studio sets itself apart. Reiki, a Japanese hands-on practice intended to promote relaxation, is offered in 30- and 60-minute sessions, and a ReikiMassage option combines the two approaches. Other offerings include chakra balancing, tuning-fork massage and a range of sessions geared to women's wellness. Customers who want something beyond the treatment room can find body wraps, facials and waxing on the menu as well. Pricing is posted on the studio's website. At the time of this listing, a one-hour relaxation massage started at $60, a one-hour deep-tissue session at $70 and a 30-minute Reiki session at $30, with longer sessions and specialty treatments costing more. Prices and availability can change, so it is worth confirming when booking. The studio also runs classes and events. Its calendar has included Reiki instruction for adults and children, offered in English and Spanish, as well as Qigong, sound healing and a cacao ceremony. Gift certificates are available, which makes the studio a convenient stop for birthday and holiday shopping. Appointments can be booked online through the studio's website, or by phone or text at (815) 978-0864. The website lists hours of 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily. Because the studio moved recently, some older online directory listings may still show a previous address, so it is worth checking the street address before heading over. As with any wellness service, Reiki and similar practices are complementary and are not a substitute for medical care. Anyone with a medical condition, or who is pregnant, should consult a health professional before booking a treatment.
