Mariner United Methodist Church

7079 Mariner Blvd, Spring Hill, FL, 34609

Mariner United Methodist Church has been part of Spring Hill's religious life since the 1970s, and its campus on Mariner Boulevard remains a familiar landmark for the neighborhood. The congregation belongs to the United Methodist tradition and describes its mission in a single line: Living to Love, Loving to Serve, Making a Difference. Worship is held on Sundays at 10 a.m. in the main sanctuary. The campus includes two other buildings, and a welcome center helps first-time visitors find their way. After the service, coffee and snacks are served in the narthex, a custom that gives newcomers an easy opening to meet members. Services are also livestreamed, and the church posts its bulletin and newsletter online for those who cannot attend in person. The church describes its ministries as Bible study, a food pantry, school supply drives and holiday programs. The food pantry is also listed with area social-service directories, and anyone seeking help should call the church office to confirm distribution days and hours, which are not posted on the church's own website. The church's calendar also lists seasonal community events, including a Veterans Day Dinner planned for November 8, 2026, at 11 a.m. The congregation is led by Rev. Jeremy Green, who joined the United Methodist Church in 2013 as a youth director and holds a master of divinity degree from Candler School of Theology at Emory University. The church staff includes an office administrator, a bookkeeper and a director of music, and the music program is a regular part of worship.
