Tidal Brewing Company

14311 Spring Hill Dr., Spring Hill, FL, 34609

Tidal Brewing Company has been brewing small-batch beer on Spring Hill Drive since 2018, and the taproom has turned into one of the busier community rooms in Spring Hill on the strength of its calendar rather than its size. Something is on most nights of the week. Mondays bring a to-go special, with $1.50 off 32 ounce crowlers and $3 off 64 ounce growler fills. Tuesday is Tankard Tuesday, where a 20 ounce pour of any lager costs the price of a 16. Wednesday is open mic comedy at 8 PM, with amateur comics doing five minute sets and registration at 7:30. Thursday is Waves of Knowledge Trivia at 7 PM, hosted by two former Hernando County School District educators, with teams of up to six playing for beer. The monthly additions are where it gets particular. Plant Bingo runs the first Monday with Katie's Wild Roots, $5 to enter with plants as prizes. The Easy Pour Networking Social meets the third Tuesday, no RSVP. A longer Sunday comedy show runs once a month. Beyond that the taproom hosts craft workshops, vinyl nights, and fundraisers, including a Barktoberfest with the Humane Society and a beer release benefiting the Florida State Parks Foundation. The anchor event is Oktidalfest, which reaches its ninth edition on September 19 and 20, 2026 with German-style beer releases. On beer to go, the brewery is specific: it sells four-packs of everything it pours, and while it does not sell growlers, staff are happy to fill one you bring in. Kegs are available by arrangement through the brewery. Well behaved dogs on a leash are welcome, and so are supervised children. Parking runs throughout the plaza, with the one request that you not park directly in front of the auto parts store. The taproom is also a satellite venue for the wider local scene: Citrus and Sage Bookshop runs its Tidal Book Club here rather than in the shop. Hours are Monday to Thursday 3 PM to 10 PM, Friday and Saturday noon to 11 PM, and Sunday 11 AM to 7 PM. The current tap list and full event calendar are at tidalbrewingfl.com.
