Win the Day Foundation

392 Beverly Ct, Spring Hill, FL, 34606

Win the Day Foundation is a Hernando County nonprofit, a registered 501(c)(3), whose programs reach seniors, adults with special needs, homebound residents and young people. Most of them are run from the Krueger Enrichment Center on Beverly Court in Spring Hill. The Krueger Enrichment Center is the foundation's public home. It offers activities and enrichment for seniors, people with special needs and those who are homebound, giving them a place to gather and take part. The center is a public facility, not a private residence. The Golden Lunchbox program delivers meals to people who need them, and the foundation works with local partners to do it, including Bagels & Beyond and the Brooksville Papa Johns. Win the Day also supports young people. The Mark Scot Lord Trade Scholarship helps students who want to enter the skilled trades, and the foundation funds tutoring for foster children. The center doubles as an event space. It holds up to 150 people and has a stage, a projector, sound and lighting, and the choice of using a caterer or bringing your own food. Community groups and nonprofit organizations can use the room for meetings at no charge, while other renters pay a nominal fee. To volunteer, donate, ask about programs or book the space, call (352) 293-4738 or visit wintheday.online. The foundation also posts updates on Facebook at facebook.com/winthedayonline.
