We have a 9am - 4pm Summer Yoga Camp to keep their bodies and minds active during the dull days of summer. Pick and Choose the week(s) you want to join! Yoga and healthy concepts taught in this summer camp empowers children to solve their own problems, boost self esteem, learn perspective of others and how to take care of our bodies. These are essential tools they will need life long! The program will consist of a different theme each day with read aloud story book concerning gratitude, kindness, teamwork and curiosity. These will be incorporated with a yoga practice. Each day we will have a discussion theme, breath work, meditation and yoga poses. Children will enjoy arts and crafts activities and related yoga games. Children will have fun learning new ways to explore yoga in a nurturing environment.
