Marie & Me Coffee is a mobile coffee trailer that pulls handcrafted lattes and specialty coffee drinks with clean, organic ingredients, house-made syrups and locally roasted espresso. The business is owned by Brooklynn Tate and her husband, Ray, and is named for Brooklynn's mother, Dena Marie. The trailer rotates through Spring Hill, Brooksville and Tampa, with a regular weekday morning post in the Verizon store lot on Mariner Boulevard in Spring Hill. The schedule changes from week to week and is posted on the Marie & Me Facebook page, so check there before you go. Seasonal flavors rotate, and the trailer is available for events through the booking form on its Facebook page.
