TaterHead's is a mobile food trailer parked at the Four Corners Food Court, 11175 Spring Hill Drive in Spring Hill, where it builds its menu around fresh-baked russet potatoes, hand-scooped potato skins and tater tots piled with handcrafted comfort foods. Combinations range from a classic with bacon, cheddar and green onions to chili and cheese, BBQ pulled pork, buffalo chicken tenders and a Greek vegetarian version, and the kitchen also turns out homemade chili and potato soup. Customers can walk up, order online for quick pickup or have it delivered through DoorDash. TaterHead's shares the Four Corners lot with Cheese Dreams and other vendors.
