Cheese Dreams is a veteran-owned, family-operated gourmet grilled cheese trailer that has been feeding Spring Hill since 2020. It sets up at the Four Corners Food Court, 11175 Spring Hill Drive, and builds each sandwich to order with a signature golden mozzarella border. Customer favorites include the Triple Threat combo, the Chicken Parmigiana Melt, the Mushroom Swiss Melt and the Go-Getter Pulled Pork, with homemade four-cheese tomato soup alongside. The trailer offers walk-up service, call-ahead pickup and delivery through DoorDash, Uber Eats and Grubhub, and its owner will bring orders out to cars in bad weather.
