Cali Street Tacos is a Spring Hill taco truck founded in December 2020 by Los Angeles native and Le Cordon Bleu-trained cook Marcus Leon, who set out to bring the flavors of California to Hernando County. The menu is built around street tacos and Casa birria tacos, with quesadillas, burritos, crunchwraps and a birria pizza, and the truck has earned Hernando Sun Readers' Choice recognition. It operates from the Four Corners Food Court lot at 11175 Spring Hill Drive. In September 2026 the owners announced they were pausing operations to focus on family needs; follow the Cali Street Tacos Facebook page for word on a reopening.
