LaurieCue is a family-owned barbecue truck that has operated since 2015 from a permanent spot at 6200 Commercial Way in Weeki Wachee, where customers order at the window and eat at shaded seating behind the truck. The menu is built around pulled pork, pulled chicken and sliced brisket, served as sandwiches, over-the-top stacked sandwiches such as The Pig Pen and The Double Deuce, or as platters with two sides and a starch. Baby back ribs, combo platters and a family meal deal round things out, with sides that include collard greens, mac and cheese, pork and beans, coleslaw and cornbread. Sauces are made in small batches, ranging from the mild Sweetie to the hot Ballzie, with vinegar, mustard and mayo-based options too.
