Authentic So. Cal Flavors is a Spring Hill food truck serving Southern California-style Mexican food from owners and chefs David and Mo Guerrero. The couple, who say they spent years searching Florida for the flavors they grew up with before deciding to cook them themselves, build the menu around grilled tacos, loaded burritos, tamales, quesadillas, nachos and a pulled pork sandwich, with breakfast tacos and burritos on the list too. Weekend soups are a draw: pozole on Saturdays and menudo on Sundays. The truck travels from Spring Hill to Brooksville, local pubs and breweries, and nearby communities, posting each day's stop on its Facebook page. It also drives to parties and private events with a deposit; bookings go through the website, and the owners prefer text messages.
